The camera or Record button is unavailable
Check that your script contains text. In Settings & Help, choose Open iPhone Settings and allow camera and microphone access. Return to the app and reopen Camera mode.
Camera recording requires a real iPhone. Rehearsal works without camera or microphone permission.
A recording stopped unexpectedly
Keep Teleprompter Pal in the foreground and check that your iPhone has free storage. Open Videos after an interruption and review any saved take before recording again.
A script seems to be missing
Clear the script search, then check Recently Deleted in the Edit menu. Scripts are stored on this iPhone; signing into another device does not sync the library.
An export did not arrive
MP4 ready is not a confirmation that the file was saved to Photos or Files. Complete a destination action and check that destination. If preparation failed, use Retry Export and keep the app open.
Ask for help
Contact support with your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the problem. Include the exact error message, but leave out private script text.
